<p data-start="253" data-end="405">تعد ولاية العهد من أهم المؤسسات السياسية والإدارية في الدولة، ولولاية العهد إسهام مهم في استقرار واستمرار نظام الحكم في أي عهد من العهود وعلى مر الزمان.</p> <p data-start="407" data-end="637" data-is-last-node="" data-is-only-node="">وتسلط الضوء في هذا البحث على أحوال مؤسسة ولاية العهد في الأندلس منذ عهد الإمارة سنة <strong data-start="491" data-end="507">(138هـ/755م)</strong> إلى نهاية عصر بني الأحمر سنة <strong data-start="537" data-end="554">(897هـ/1492م)</strong>، مبيناً الظروف التي مرت بها هذه المؤسسة ومدى تأثيرها على الوضع السياسي في الأندلس.</p>
