The objective of the research is to know the mathematical correlation and its relation to the mathematical achievement of primary school students, The research community included the schools attended by the fifth grade students in the first Rusafa education for the academic year 2016-2017, Two primary schools were chosen in the simple random way to represent the sample of the study, distributed according to the sex variable. After the statistical exclusion, the number of students was( 160) students, (79) students and (81) students, The researcher prepared two tests to measure the mathematical correlation of (30) paragraphs and the achievement in mathematics consisting of (30) paragraphs of the type of multiple choice for both tests. After the application of the tests and the statistical processing of data using the tit test for one sample and two samples and correlation coefficient Pearson results :- There is a statistically significant difference at the level of significance of (0,05) between the mean of the degree of mathematical correlation test and the arithmetic average of the fifth grade students on the correlation test in mathematics and for the mean average. There is also a response by the students that differ in statistical terms better than the students' response to the mathematical bonding test. As for the matriculation examination in mathematics, the results showed that the level of students in the fifth grade of primary in the achievement test in mathematics is good and that the response of students differs in terms of statistical higher than the students in the mathematical achievement test. And there is a strong positive correlation between the mathematical correlation and the mathematical achievement of the fifth Primary. In light of the results, the researcher recommends providing the mathematical material to the learner based on understanding and meaning regardless of size, depth and breadth with the introduction of various mathematical problems based on the skills of mathematical interdependence, As the researcher suggests dealing with the relationship between the mathematical correlation and other modes of thinkingالملخص
