The importance of transactions is related to people’s rights, as they are dealt with among them on the foundations laid down by Islam and commanded to be applied and not to infringe on the rights of others, so God Almighty legislated selling and prohibited usury, and urged collective cooperation such as company, because the blessing is with the group. As well as conciliation when a dispute between two parties is right, and mortgage when the debtor is unable to pay the debt to the creditor, and the permissibility of endowment for the construction of mosques of God Almighty and the establishment of schools and institutions to help the poor, as well as the continuous donation of these institutions for their continuity. The Islamic religion has removed the obstacles that hinder life. The research dealt with the opinions of Sheikh Jawad Al-Tabrizi in the issues of transactions (sale, mortgage and endowment) and the opinions of the four schools of thought in those issues as well.
