Job Bullying and its Relationship to the Psychopathic Personality of State

Abstract

The research aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between the Occupational bullying and psychopathic personality. The research community consisted of the state employees From the Ministries of Education and Electricity. The research sample was withdrawn in a simple random way, and it consisted of (150) employees. The researcher adopted the two research tools and subjected them to psychometric properties. The research concluded that there is a correlation between the Occupational bullying and psychopathic personality of the employees. The research reached a set of recommendations and proposals.
