The current research aims to know (the effect of a mentoring program in the modeling method in reducing social undermining among educational counselors), and in order to achieve the objectives of this research, an experimental approach was adopted to verify the hypotheses of the current research, as the research sample consisted of (30) mentors who obtained the highest score on The scale of social undermining adopted by the researcher (Fuleih, 2020), and they were chosen from the affiliated schools The Diyala Education Directorate, and the sample was distributed randomly between two equal groups, and the prepared program was used to apply it to the experimental group, while the control group was not exposed to the extension program and the researcher adopted the modeling method and the number of sessions (12 sessions) was presented to a group of ex
perts in this field, and they supported The validity of the program and for treating the research data, several statistical methods were adopted (Pearson Correlation Coefficient, Kolmkorff - Samir Nouf selection, and Lucoxin test), and it reached the most prominent results. In the post-test, the researcher came up in light of the results with a number of conclusions, recommendations and proposals .
