Abstract

This research, tagged with (Introducing the Verses of Judgments), deals with the study of the Verses of Judgments from many aspects. It included an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion to the most prominent findings of the research. The contents of the two chapters can be stated as follows:

- The first topic: its title (definition of the verses of judgments and the date of the appearance of their writings), and it contains four demands: (The first requirement: the definition of the verses of judgments in terms of language and terminology, and the second requirement: the historical stages that the science of verses of judgments went through, and the third requirement: the era of classifying the writings of the verses of judgments The fourth requirement: the number of verses of rulings.

The second topic: its title is (sections and connotations of the verses of rulings in the Holy Qur’an), and it contains three demands: (The first requirement: sections of the verses of rulings, and the second requirement: the significance and formulas of words indicating the verses of rulings in the Holy Qur’an, and the third requirement: the approach of researchers in studying the verses of rulings).
