Scale for evaluating the performance of primary schools according to the standards (ISO 9002)

Abstract

The current research aims to prepare a scale to evaluate the performance of primary schools according to the standards (ISO 9002), and to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher prepared a scale consisting of (95) paragraphs representing quality standards, distributed over (6) five-classified domains, after verifying the psychometric properties of the scale, applied The sample of arbitrators amounted to (8) arbitrators with competence, competence and experience in various disciplines using the Delphi method. Adopting the applications of the international standard for quality in the different stages of education, and adopting the implementation of the applications and instructions of the international standard for quality as an alternative method for the supervision and follow-up process, and urging educational and educational institutions (governmental, private) to obtain the certificate of the international standard for quality. The scale in evaluating the performance of primary schools, and conducting a study to build a scale to evaluate the performance of secondary school principals according to standards.
