Psychological immunity among educational counselors

Abstract

The current research aims to identify the psychological immunity of the educational counselors and the significance of the differences between the counselor and the counselor in psychological immunity. It consists of eight components, and the third field consists of four components. After extracting the psychometric characteristics of the scale, it was applied to a sample of (120) counselors and counselors, with (60) counselors and (60) counselors. The researcher used the appropriate statistical methods with the help of the statistical program. (SPSS), the results of the research showed that counselors have psychological immunity and there are differences in psychological immunity in favor of educational counselors, and in light of the results of the research, the researcher made a number of recommendations and suggestions
