Abstract
The humanity development in Iraq suffering serious from failure especially
downfall in all levels, which not found planning to the system of education in
Iraq. The illiteracy also formation threat to the future humanity development
in percentage (60%) more than global average is (20%) , as well as escape
case from education in three stages. In healthy field more badly case which
more than 5000 physicians specialist leave Iraq and increase infections with
epidemic diseases. The miserable poor forming large downfall in level of
man living in Iraq which increase percentage in (3,9%) in 1989 into (21%)
following with unlimited poor about (72%) and that refer to about (75) of
Iraq population suffering from unlimited poor. As well as another requirement
of life quality like habitat, electricity, joblessness, bad nutrition, increase

number of widower and parentless arrived into 8 millions in percentage
(29%) of Iraq population. In another hand killing more than 730 Iraqi
scientists from physicians and academic and the dangerous now continuous .
