Abstract
During the second ten electoral session of the Iraqi Council of
Representatives in the monarchy (1948-1952), it was marked by calls for
reform diversity and serious claim, so as to enter the active elements of the
partisan opposition after allowing the formation of political parties after the
end of World War II in 1946, which contributed to the serious discussions
within parliament unity and necessary for the country's need for reform of
Capricorn after suffocating crisis of war, which passed on all countries of the
world, and the effect is more on the Iraqi state of poverty and the recent
formation of their party, was addressed this issue through three basic
paragraphs are first the need for reform, and second in 1948 elections and the
arrival of opposition MPs to parliament, the third paragraph is the most
important reform issues addressed by the House of Representatives discussed
the urgent demand for reform.
