Abstract

Abstract
The research aim to identify:
1. Mathematical culture in mathematics teachers.
2. Teaching skills for mathematics teachers.
3. The relationship between mathematics culture and teaching skills of mathematics teachers.
The research was determined by the teachers (Male and female) of mathematics in two of Rusafa Education (first and second) in (2016 - 2017) . In order to verify the objectives of the research, three zero hypotheses were developed. The sample consisted of(200) teachers selected randomized from the education directorates , In order to measure the mathematics culture and teaching skills of the teachers of mathematics, the first two measures of mathematics culture were prepared, consisting of (32) paragraphs and the second measure of teaching skills, consisting of (26) paragraphs, after verifying their validity and stability, applied the two parameters to the mathematics teachers of the Directorate of Education primary Rusafa, And the mathematics teachers of the Directorate of Education of the second Rusafa, used the researchers statistical bag ((spss)) and the mean of the calculation and standard deviation and the testing of a single sample and correlation coefficient to analyze the results, The results indicate that the teachers of mathematics have a culture of mathematics and teaching skills beyond the hypothetical average of the two measurements as well as a positive correlation between the culture of mathematics and teaching skills of teachers of mathematics.
