Abstract

This Research deals with the conditions of Economic and Social Negroes in the Southern States, the US in the period between 1865_1877, and form this phase transformation task in the history of the American Negro point after the end of the American Civil War in 1865, and the victory of the Union which began the US Government in the application of laws that prohibit Slavery in the South and emphasizes the racial equality between blacks and whites, and had a direct impact on the lives of Negroes who have converted from slavery to freedom, as she was the first year in which the Negroes get an Education, and the right to vote and run in elections, and the ownership of land instead of working them, and reflected on the economic and social status.
