Studying the Structure and Optical constants Properties of nanoparticles prepared by hydrolysis of titanium oxide deposition by drop casting method
Abstract
Thin films of (TiO2) with (1µm) thickness have been prepared by Drop casting technique after dissolving titanium chloride with distilled water with drops of concentrated hydrochloric acid on glass substrate with (2.5 * 2.5 ) cm2 dimensions . Optical properties include recording of transmittance and calculate absorptance spectra for prepared films in wavelengths range (370-900)nm. Optical constants sach as: reflectance, extinction coefficient, refractive index, real and imaginary parts of the dielectric constant and the electrical conductivity
