Abstract

The current research aims to identify the fear of success among university students and to identify the

difference in fear of success according to the social environment (rural- city). In order to achieve the research objectives, the researcher built a measure of fear of success among university students according to the theory of expectation for Router. The results of the research showed that the university students included fear of success in general and that there is a difference between the students according to the housing area and the difference in favor of the countryside in fear of success and in light of the results of the research. The researcher recommended a number of recommendations and a number of proposals.
