Abstract

The aim of the current research is to identify the level of professional maturity and the level of psychological security in a sample of students of the Faculty of Education reached 200 students, as well as knowledge of the differences according to gender variables (males - females) And specialization (human - scientific). And the nature of the relationship between the level of professional maturity and the level of psychological security. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, only the researcher has the validity and reliability of the first variable, professional maturity and the other for psychological security and after application, the results were analyzed by several statistical means and revealed a high level of professional maturity and a high level of psychological security. The study also showed that there were statistically significant differences in the research sample according to the gender variable (males - females) in favor of females. There were also no statistically significant differences according to the variable of specialization (human - scientific) and the same for the level of psychological security. Between professional maturity and psychological security and the existence of interaction among variables in the sample of the research. In light of this, the researcher recommended many recommendations and suggestions for the two variables of importance in the life of university youth and their future career, and the extent of the under-menshes psychological security and the relationship between the two variants.
