Abstract
The study aimed to identify emotional thinking and its relation to the positive feelings of the university students. The study sample consisted of (200) students from the two sections (educational guidance and guidance, computer science) from the Faculty of Education / University of Mustansiriya. To answer the questions of the study, the first two measures were adopted to measure the emotional thinking and be (27) paragraph and the positive feelings and be (20) paragraph. The cycometric properties of the two parameters (honesty, persistence, discrimination) were extracted. The results indicated that the research sample (university students) suffer from emotional thinking, and there are differences of statistical significance according to the gender variable (males and females) and in favor of females, and enjoy positive feelings.
