Obstacles of the creative performance among the teachers of history in the intermediate stage

The aim of this study is to identify the obstacles of creative performance among teachers of history in the intermediate stage, from the point of view of the teachers, the study includes all teachers of history in the intermediate schools of the Department of Education Rifai (113) teachers (male and female). In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher prepared close questionnaire which included four areas (physical content of history, teacher, student, administrative organization). It consisted of (44) tripartite paragraphs (agree, hesitant, disagree) and verified the veracity of the questionnaire and its stability. Because the scope of the study, the researcher adopted the descriptive approach. The results of the study showed that there are high obstacles to the creative performance of teachers of history in the handicaps as a whole and in all the studying’s fields. Except, the teacher’s obstacles were medium, the average calculation was 3.79. In light of the results of the study, the researcher presented a set of recommendations.
