Judicial and Financial reforms to Ali Akbar Daurr in Iran ( 1927 – 1936 )

Abstract

Iran has witnessed a period ( 1927 – 1936 ) reforms in the Judicial , financial
and economic Field , carried out by Ali Akbar dauer , a prominent and close
to Reza shah , political figures , Daurr succeeded in judicial reforms and
enable the application of the civil justice Law , Which does not conflict with
Islamic Law , and also succeeded in economic and financial reforms and
managed to increase the state treasury by reviving Aldkhalih and foreign trade
.
