Patterns of thinking and their relationship to the skills of the knowledge of the fourth grade students in mathematics

Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the relationship between the
thinking patterns and the knowledge skills of the fourth grade students in
mathematics
The research sample consisted of (400) female students of the fourth grade
in some schools of the Directorate General of Education Baghdad / Rusafa
second.
The researcher adopted a test (Al Aamri, 2015) to test the thinking patterns
of the students of the fourth grade of science The scale of skills of
knowledge was adopted in the preparation of paragraphs on previous
studies and literature.
The researcher used the T test and Pearson correlation coefficient to
compare the results.
1- There is a statistically significant difference at the level of (0,05)
between the mean and the mean mean for the grades of the fourth grade
students in the test patterns of thinking and the scale of skills of knowledge
and for the average arithmetic.
2 - There is a relationship of positive statistical significance between the
grades of students in the fourth grade scientific test patterns of thinking and
grades in the scale of skills of knowledge.
In the light of the results of the research, the researcher concluded that the
performance of the students of the fourth grade of science was good in the
test patterns of thinking and the scale of skills of knowledge and
recommended the researcher a number of recommendations and
suggestions
