Language Teachers: Modern Educational Supervisory Patterns among Educational Supervisors from the Arab Teachers' Point of View

Abstract

The educational supervision aims to be supervised by the educational supervisor, and works to activate in the field of education through the practice of methods of modern and multiple educational supervision and in accordance with the positions imposed by different educational situations. And educational supervision in general aims to improve the processes of teaching and learning through positive interaction With all parties responsible for these two processes so the current research aims to identify:
  Modern Educational Supervisory Patterns of Supervisors from the Arab Teachers' Perspective according to Sex Variable (Male - Female). The research was determined by the teachers and teachers of the Arabic language in the secondary schools of the general directorates for the education of Rusafa the first, second and third in the province of Baghdad for the academic year (2018 - 2019) and a tool was built to learn the modern supervisory patterns after being subjected to the characteristics of cykometrics reached the following results:

1 - Educational supervisors enjoy a diverse supervisory style.
2 - Educational supervisors do not use the supervisory modes (remote supervision mode - and supervisory style hats six)

3 - It emerged that educational supervisors use a diverse supervisory style and this is confirmed by the research sample according to the gender variable (male - female)
4 - It emerged that educational supervisors use the remote supervision mode, which was confirmed by the results of the sample (female), but the male showed that educational supervisors do not use the supervisory style remotely.

5 - It appears that educational supervisors do not use the supervisory style of the six hats and this is confirmed by the sample of the research according to the gender variable (male - female).

Then the research came out with some recommendations and suggestions.
