Abstract

The educational conference held at the Baghdad Provincial Council (10/3/2018) emphasized in its recommendations the necessity of finding solutions to the educational problems of school administrations and creating positive human relations between school administrations and faculty members to achieve administrative success in school work. It has become necessary to improve the human relations of school principals, especially since the administrative process is a dynamic process that must keep pace with development and change, and the research aims to identify the level of human relations and the level of administrative success of middle school principals from the point of view of their assistants. The researcher relied on the descriptive approach (correlational studies(,The current research community consisted of assistants of secondary school principals at the General Directorate of Rusafa Education, and the research yielded a set of results, including that the level of human relations for high school principals was average, and the level of administrative success for high school principals was average, and the research came out with a set of recommendations, including conducting training courses For all high school principals, especially in human relations, to raise their level of effectiveness in managing their schools, and the necessity to provide the basics of school work.
