School Economy and the implementation of the Community's Potentials; Parternership and Iraqi Local Limits of productive Cooperation – vision of the future

Abstract

three hypotheses The research aims at verifying the following

-the is no difference of statistical significance at (0,05) level between the arithmetic meen and the theoretical mean of the school economy tool.

- the is no difference of statistical significance at (0,05) level between the arithmetic meen and the theoretical mean of the school local community tooh.

 - the is no difference of statistical significance at (0,05) level between the arithmetic meen and the theoretical mean of the school of the variabies of(gender of administrators (maieL -femalel ,years of experience ,academic achievement, and number of training courses attended)

ln order to verify these hypotheses,the researchers have adopted an analytic survey approach and have designed a (13-item) tool for the school economy and a (32-item) tool for the local community divided into four domains .

The validity and reliability of both tools were approved by a jury of experts from different specialization fields .

The Collected date were  analyzed to find out the arithmetical means and standard deviations.

The results show following;-

-The are difference of statistical significance between the theoretical mean and the arithmetic mean of the school economy tool . The observed differences between the two means are real in favor for the sample mean .

-The are difference of statistical significance between the theoretical mean and the arithmetic mean  of the school economy tool . The observed differences between the two means are real in favor for the theoretic mean .

The researchers recommend that the ministry of Education has to urge the secondary schools administrations to seek for funding opportunities by utilizing their potentials and capabilities for local community services as well as providing finance coverage for activities with free application procedures.
