Abstract

Competencies required for the teacher of social materials in light of the necessary educational requirements for the care of the talented (future vision).Attention to the numbers of community leaders from the priorities that must be focused on the educational field, and talented are the important segment that must be cared for, and provide all the necessary means and requirements to develop the skills of this segment.There is no doubt that the talented student teacher is supposed to possess knowledge and performance competencies commensurate with his duties in building the personality of the talented student, and developing his talent, preparations, tendencies and attention to them according to the systematic programs for this purpose, so the teacher of social materials should enjoy teaching competencies required to teach talented students.Therefore, the researcher decided to study the necessary competencies for the teacher of social materials in light of the educational requirements of the talented, because the efficiency is the ability to perform the work effectively.The researcher prepared a list of the necessary educational requirements to teach the talented, and presented to the arbitrators, and they were approved after the amendment of some paragraphs, and applied, and processed statistically, and analyzed the results, and reached several recommendations, if applied to promote the educational reality of the talented. It has undertaken field studies that will prepare special programs for the development and development of talents of talented students
