The effect of (PECS) strategy on the achieving geography and academic motivation for literary fifth students
Abstract
The research aims to know the effect of the PECS strategy on the achievement of geography and academic motivation among fifth-grade literary students, and to achieve the goals of the research, the researcher has adopted experimental design with partial control with two equal groups (experimental and control) with a post-achievement achievement test and pre and post academic motivation, The researcher prepared an achievement test consisting of (50) paragraphs and a class at the end of the experiment on the two research groups, while the researcher adopted to measure academic motivation, the scale built by Gottfried and his colleague in 2000 in New York, and prepared for high school students, and the researcher applied it at the beginning and end of the experiment, which consists of ( 50) Paragraph, and the results showed the superiority of the experimental group in the achievement test and in academic motivation.
