Abstract

The research is contains information an extremely important fact that this period from 1979- 2003 period did not deal with the extensive research of others. We have taken the educational life and the methodology deferred and the its negative effects on the students, and it was the negligence of educational schools and clear in Iraqi schools and colleges was reflected clearly the weakness of national production have not benefited from foreign schools in interest of schools work. Undoubtedly that the schools and the industrial institutes was the reason for revival and development of the developed countries, but in Iraq, the focus was solely focused on the speech Schools and poetry and the memorized material. We move away completely from the attention to the scientific and industrial schools that have been neglected and the have become extinct over time. Ministers of Education has not been able in this long period of advancement of educational realityand was interested in the position to carry out the orders of higher authorities that put special program to develop education to serve the interests of intellectual and the its ideology.
