Abstract

The goals that punishment seeks to achieve are reforming the offender. Sometimes this goal was at the forefront of all the goals of punishment, and sometimes other goals, such as reprimand and deterrence, for example, take center stage.  It contributes in a large and significant way to establishing the appropriate conditions for the emergence of crimes and the emergence of criminal personalities for many and multiple reasons. At the forefront of these reasons, we find poor regulation of some cultural and occupational aspects. Thus, society shares the criminal responsibility for his deviant or criminal behavior.
