Cognitive Integration and its Relationship to Crisis Management Among Secondary School Principals

Abstract

The study aims to identify cognitive integration and its relationship to crisis management among secondary school principals, and the number of sample individuals reached (130) principals and principals, who were chosen by the simple random method of equal distribution. For the purpose of measuring cognitive integration, the researcher formulated (26) paragraphs inspired by the theoretical definition and theory (Piaget 19978). As for the Crisis Management Scale, the researcher adopted a scale of (Abbas 2015) which consists of (29) paragraphs. The results of the current research indicated that the managers in Secondary schools have cognitive integration, and crisis management, and that there is a good correlation between (cognitive integration, crisis management), and that there are no differences in the relationship depending on the gender variable
