Abstract

“The current research aims to identify the bargaining psychology of non-employed lawyers, and the significance of the difference in it according to the gender variable (male-female), as well as to identify the emotional competence of non-employed lawyers and to know the significance of the difference in it according to the gender variable (male-female) Knowing the correlation between bargaining psychology and emotional competence among non-employee lawyers.

The study has reached conclusions that can be summarized:

1- The high level of bargaining psychology of non-employed lawyers.

2- The absence of significant differences in the psychology of bargaining among non-employed lawyers according to the gender variable.

3- A high level of emotional competence among non-employed lawyers.

4- The absence of significant differences in the emotional competence of non-employed lawyers according to the gender variable.

5- There is a correlation between bargaining psychology and emotional competence among non-employed lawyers.

And based on the researcher's findings: He came out with a set of relevant recommendations and proposals
