Abstract

After the end of World War on the eleventh of Nvember 1918 ,lt was decided to Hold a meeting  between the Countries Supporting  the War To discuss the results of the war and to Shae the Spoils among themselves ln implementation of the  agrements Concluded between it and themlncludig the Sykes – Picot Agreement  Kamel Al –Asaad played a role these events ,and what cast their Shadows on Lebanon in barticular An international Committee was Frmed called the King – Crane Committee ,To examine the views of the population on determining  their  desting in independence and the Selection of the Mandatory State, He explained  the role of Kamel Al-Assaad in creating the appropriate environment for receiving the Committee ,as well as his role in the events What Lebanon went through after the and of the lcrcs mission, which reflected its results on Jabal Amel
