Abstract

the research objectives are conducted to the following :

To know the leadership behavior of educational counselors.1

To know the Social Adherence of educational counselors      2.

 leadership behavior and Social Adherence To know the relationship between the   3 

The limits of the research :This research is limited to the educational counselors    from inter mediate and preparatory of the morning schools of Baghda resave study in the studying year 2018-2019 

Theoretical frame  This research viewed several theories that relate to the research subject.

Building  results 

                    Adopting the leadership behavior scale   1-

(Halpin1966) and Adopting Social Adherence scale(Abdul Husien 2011) after assures its truths and stability on its articles   

                    -2-The two mentioned meas ures were applied at the same time on  sample educational counselors (120) ) counselors  male and female students during 22- 27/ 12/ 2018  .the researcher usied the following . Data had been    analyzed with heilp of statistic programs for social sciences in data  process (SPSS)

As a result, it had been reachied to results listed below                          

   1- The research results showed that they educational counselors of                    leadership behavior  

2 - Results of the research indicated that there  educational counselors of Social Adherence

3-Results showed that there is positive connection relationship

  between leadership behavior and Social Adherence                    

            The researcher submitted some recommendations and  suggestions
