Abstract

The educational work, like the rest of the institutions, faces problems that are in the way of a stumbling block. Their solution requires overcoming many difficulties and making important decisions at the highest levels and conducting a democratic dialogue with all relevant parties. This is what was pointed out by the first educational conference held by the Ministry of Education, Educational leaders in the adoption of administrative scientific competence in the administration of administrative positions in educational institutions and therefore the head of the school needs to achieve success in the performance of his functions to the efficiency of his educational and administrative performance and the principle of decentralization in achieving the goals of the school.

   The importance of research is that the school is an important educational educational institution in the community, which includes a set of regulations and instructions governing the administrative work of the school, and because the school principal is a subsystem of the educational system, so the role of the school manager has evolved to fit with the variables of the modern education. Its leadership is dynamic, flexible and decentralized in decision-making.
